A Christmas Story

A Christmas Story is an all-time holiday great, and continues to be a must-see!

This rendition of the 1983 autobiographical novel by Jean Shepard (Narrator) is both hysterical and touching. The story line start with Ralphie (Peter Billingsley), a nine-year-old boy born in the Midwest during the 1940’s who has his sights on getting a Red Ryder BB gun for Christmas.

There are plenty of playground antics throughout the film to keep you entertained, including an unforgettable moment where another boy gets his tongue stuck to a frozen flagpole!

Elf

If you’re looking for a Christmas comedy, this is the movie for you!

The story of Buddy the Elf (Will Ferrell), a human raised by elves, who magically journeys to New York City to find his biological father and his true identity, after learning he isn’t an elf. Families will laugh at Buddy’s silliness that comes when he explores human culture for the first time.

This movie is sure to help spread some Christmas cheer this holiday season!

Home Alone

The Christmas classic takes shape as a young boy named Kevin (Macaulay Culkin) is accidentally left at home while his family heads off on a Christmas vacation to Paris. Kevin is left to defend himself and his home from two burglars, who are trying to rob his house.

Your family will be impressed with Kevin’s ingenious ideas to protect his home. This movie happens to be one of my favorite Christmastime flicks!

How The Grinch Stole Christmas

This remake of the beloved children’s novel How The Grinch Stole Christmas, by Dr. Seuss, includes Jim Carrey as the green Grinch who tries to ruin Christmas for all of Whoville.

Joined by his reluctant dog, Max, the Grinch comes down from his mountaintop home to steal everything Christmas-related from the town of Whoville. However, after meeting Cindy Lou Who (Taylor Momsen), the Grinch decides to change his ways.

It’s A Wonderful Life

This all-time classic is a popular film and is a must see during the holiday season!

The movie is heartwarming, a little silly, but nevertheless inspirational and can warm even the coldest of hearts during the holiday season. The story contains moments that will surprise you even if you’ve seen the movie dozens of times before.

This is a timeless Christmas classic that can be watched as a holiday tradition for years to come!
