  1. Card in an envelope
  2. Personalized ornament
  3. Ribbon or tulle
  4. Scissors
  5. Ruler

Step 1: Once you have sealed the card in the envelope, measure the length (long side) and cut a matching ribbon 3 ½ to 4 times that length.
